(YMD) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC) (stock name: China Heavy Industry, stock code: 601989). The company was founded in 1970 and is located on the beautiful bank of the Xiling Gorge in the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, adjacent to the Gezhouba Hydropower Station.
