Case Introduction

Southwest Aluminum Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Southwest Aluminum) is located in Xipeng Town, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. Its predecessor was Factory 112 of the Ministry of Metallurgy and Southwest Aluminum Processing Plant. It was founded in July 1965 and restructured into a limited liability company in December 2000. It is a large enterprise built in China to produce large specifications, new varieties, and high-quality aluminum and aluminum alloy materials required for key projects and aerospace.
